Your first visit to the Fig Bar

Health + Safety for our guest and employees is our main priority. We will be re-opening soon with new protocols in place. 

Before your appointment

At Fig, the health and safety of our guests and our employees has always been our number one priority. With careful consideration we have been working diligently on preparations to operate in this new normal.  

For your first visit to our Fig Bar, you will receive our updated waiver via email. Please complete the waiver in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Once you arrive, kindly knock on our door and our Guest Experience team will welcome you. 

We will remind you of our pre-screen requirements:

 - You have disclosed any travel completed within the last 14 days prior to your visit.

 - You have not come in contact with any person known or suspected of having COVID-19 within the last 14 days.

 - You do not exhibit any common symptoms of COVID-19 including fever, dry cough, chills, recent loss of smell/taste, shortness of breath, extreme fatigue, recent headaches, muscle pain, or a sore throat.

Our Guest Experience team will then guide you to our self-serve pod.  

Please note that parking may be limited depending on the time of day. Please allow yourself enough time to find a spot. If you arrive early, we may ask you to wait outside as we continue to limit the number of guests and employees in our Fig Bars at one time.

During your appointment

Your comfort is our number-one priority. There’s no need to undress for any of our treatments, and our bespoke chairs recline to the perfect angle. If you’d like to tune out the ambient noise and deepen your experience, we offer noise-reducing headphones with meditation audio. Low battery on your phone? Each private pod has a charging station. Feel free to let us know if there’s anything else you need.

We like children, we have children, but due to Fig being a medical establishment we cannot accommodate small children in the Fig Bar during treatments.  Thank you for your understanding.

After your treatment

We have implemented no-contact checkout. At this time, we will not be accepting cash payments. If you have any questions or concerns after your treatment, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here.
